Hearth COVID-19 Snap Lockdown Action Plan 15/07/21
In response to the Victorian Premiers announcement today we have updated our Action Plan as follows.
Re Business Continuity
We are continuing to deliver the essential service of disability support and are taking every step to maintain the safety of our Participants and Support Workers.

Re Support Worker use of PPE
There have been no changes to the use of PPE by Support Workers therefore as previously advised at a minimum Support Workers must always wear a surgical disposable face mask whilst on shift.
If you are a Support Worker and you require additional face masks, please advise the Hearth team by emailing email@example.com or calling 1800 894 013 and we will do our best to assist.
Re Shift Cancellations
Please note any shift cancellations during lockdown will fall under NDIS cancellation guidelines. The current NDIS price guide (which can be found on the NDIS website) states that Participants who need to cancel a Support Worker shift are required to provide Hearth Support Services with “2 clear business days” notice. Also please be aware business days do not include weekends.
