Hearths “Disability Housing Solution” Bendigo Launch Resonates with the Community
Hearth launched its “Disability Housing Solution” at the Bendigo Library on Tuesday this week.
With the opening of Hearth Support Services Bendigo office and the lifting of COVID lockdown restrictions the timing to conduct a live event in Bendigo was perfect.
Feedback from attendees has been overwhelmingly positive. In fact, we have commenced discussions with several attendees who are keen to reside in a Bendigo based Hearth Housing Solution.
We are super excited about the response and the opportunity to invest in the Bendigo region.
The Hearth Housing solution is an innovative approach to providing affordable, long term housing solutions for the 94% of people with a disability who are not eligible for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). The Hearth Disability Housing model is founded on the principles of social inclusion, with our houses embedded within local communities, providing a level of Choice and Control for Participants and Families to live their best lives.
