Nicole Slemenda is a Geelong local having grown up in and lived her life in the area.

Prior to joining Hearth Nicole spent an extensive period working in the disability sector for a broad range of organisations including Gateways Support Services and GenU

Complimenting her experience Nicole has a Certificate 4 in Disability, Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment and is an accredited Mental Health first aider,

Nicole Enthusiastic about supporting Participants to achieve their goals and providing training, guidance, and leadership to Support Workers to ensure best practice and continuous improvement within the sector.
